Bruno and Geronimo <- new dog!

For the first time ever,Bruno Mars can say that he's now a


 proud dog owner. 

"My first pooch. Everyone say hi to Geronimo," the 


singerTweeted April 18, sharing a photo of the adorable pup 


sitting in his lap.

The singer has fallen hard for the black and brown male 


pooch, which looks like it could be a Rottweiler. 

Days after announcing the dog's arrival, he shared another

 pic of Geronimo sleeping on a blanket. He wrote, "I've turned 


into that guy that tweets pics of his dog."
